本文开发了金属成型热力耦合刚粘塑性有限元模拟系统,具有塑性变形和传热过程的耦合分析及模拟热锻变形后工件内部微观组织变化的功能。应用该系统考虑变形时的动态再结晶、静态再结晶和相变等因素的影响,分析了热锻成型工件的晶粒大小,模拟结果与实际相符合
In this paper, the finite element simulation system of the thermomechanically coupled rigid-viscoplasticity of metal forming has been developed. It has the coupling analysis of plastic deformation and heat transfer process and the function of simulating the microstructure change of the workpiece after hot forging deformation. The influence of dynamic recrystallization, static recrystallization and phase transformation on the deformation of the workpiece was analyzed. The grain size of the hot forged workpiece was analyzed. The simulation results were in accordance with the actual situation
