“十二五”期间,我部认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院的部署,在科技部、发展改革委、财政部的指导下,在各有关部门大力配合下,牵头组织实施了“核高基”(专项一)、“新一代宽带无线移动通信网”(专项三)、“高档数控机床与基础制造装备”(专项四)等国家科技重大专项,聚焦重点任务、强化组织推进机制,有效发挥了重大专项对经济社会发展的科技支撑作用。
