目的:探讨输尿管癌的超声表现及超声对输尿管癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析17例经手术病理证实的输尿管癌的超声声像图特征。结果:超声能够较清晰显示输尿管癌的位置、大小、形态、范围及其与周围组织的关系,及时作出诊断。且均经手术及病理学证实。结论:超声检查作为一种无创性检查手段,能够较清晰显示输尿管癌病灶,结合患者临床资料作出准确诊断。
Objective: To investigate the ultrasonographic features of ureteral carcinoma and the diagnostic value of ultrasound in ureteral carcinoma. Methods: The echographic features of 17 cases of ureteral carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Ultrasound can clearly show the location of ureteral cancer, size, shape, scope and its relationship with the surrounding tissue, make timely diagnosis. And confirmed by surgery and pathology. Conclusion: As a noninvasive examination, ultrasonography can clearly show ureteral carcinoma lesions and make accurate diagnosis according to the clinical data of patients.
