近年来,少数作者在投稿中存在抄袭剽窃他人成果、伪造参考文献(注释)和一稿多投等学术不端行为,还有极少数年轻作者在编辑部完成审稿及稿件处理程序、通知作者修改意见后擅自撤稿改投他刊等严重失信现象。这些无视学术道德与操守的不端行为,不仅违反了国家的有关法律法规,也给编辑部工作造成了极大干扰。为倡导优良学风、规范学术行为,净化学术空气,根据教育部、中宣部、中组部相关文件要求,本刊发表如下声明:
