On April 20, the U.S. Department of Commerce finalized the anti-dumping administrative review of China’s new inflatable non-road tire (Certain New Pneumatic Off the-Road Tires). The administrative review of the investigation of the 9 companies involved, ruled that two mandatory respondent companies - Qingdao Qihang Tire Co. and Xuzhou Tire Co., Ltd. export prices lower than the normal value of dumping.
