Objective To analyze the karyotypes of patients with unhealthy birth history and to explore the relationship between chromosomal abnormalities and poor fertility. Methods 243 cases of poor birth history of patients with peripheral blood lymphocyte culture, G banding karyotype analysis. Results There were 6 cases of chromosomal abnormalities in 243 cases with unhealthy birth histories, the rate of chromosomal abnormalities was 2.47% (6/243). Among them, 3 cases were chromosomal abnormalities, accounting for 50% (3/6) of chromosomal abnormalities; 2 cases were chromosomal abnormalities (accounting for 33.33% (2/6)), 1 cases were sex reversal Abnormal 16.7% (1/6); 17 cases with chromosome polymorphism, accounting for 7% (17/243) of the total number of patients with poor reproductive history. Conclusion Chromosomal abnormalities can cause poor fertility. Chromosomal karyotyping in patients with unhealthy birth history can help patients find the cause, reduce birth defects and improve the quality of the birth population.
