1934年初,有个叫易君左的人写了一本题为《闲话扬州》的小册子,激起了扬州人的公愤,最后由法院出面来解决。鲁迅先生曾为此事著《答(戏)周刊编者信》一文予以评论。
In early 1934, a man named Yi Junzuo wrote a pamphlet entitled “Gossip Yangzhou”, arousing the public outrage in Yangzhou and finally settling it by the courts. Mr. Lu Xun once commented on the article “A (Drama) Weekly Editor’s Letter.”
