根据社会就业市场的实际需求,结合广州中医药大学的实际情况来分析该校在开展职业指导工作过程中存在的问题,对加强和改进职业指导工作具有重要意义。学校要提升就业指导工作质量,就必须以市场为导向,从学校的办学定位入手,明确就业指导的重要性,优化课程结构体系,加强和推动学校就业指导体系和服务体系,全面提升学生的综合素质,实行学生全程就业指导,这样才能顺应社会的需求,帮助学生成功地就业。
