一、从物耗上善省钱 开源节流,增收节支,既不是什么新问题,也并非老生常谈。但,当一谈及时,许多人就只有联想到从人工成本上节省。其实,我国多数行业,材料成本所占的比例相当高。从调查情况来看,只要在原材料上节省出5%的开支,就等于在总成本中节省了30%至50%的费用。强化管理,笃定从物耗上去节省,是各产业都能做得到的,且能吹糠见米,收事半功倍之效。 二、从人才上善遴任 重视遴人经济兴,已是共识。但值得注意的是,一些陷于困境的企业欲出困境,首先想到的却是在裁员
