针对受内压三通外表面发生局部减薄的情况,从极限载荷分析角度,系统研究了局部减薄缺陷尺寸对三通承载能力的影响,提出了碳纤维修复的方案。以待修复缺陷相对厚度、周向长度和轴向长度为指标,以承载能力为目标,采用有限元方法,提出了优化修复方案。
According to the analysis of ultimate load, the influence of the local thinning defect size on the tee bearing capacity was systematically studied in view of the local thinning caused by the internal pressure of the three-way external surface. The scheme of carbon fiber repair was proposed. Taking the relative thickness, the circumferential length and the axial length of the defect to be repaired as an index, the bearing capacity was taken as the goal. The finite element method was used to optimize the repair plan.
