本文从“三自教育”的含义出发,论证了助理辅导员队伍建设与高职院校开展学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务(以下简称“三自教育”)的联系。笔者结合相关工作经验,尝试提出了“三自教育”视角下建设助理辅导员队伍的几条可行途径,以期为今后助理辅导员培养和学生思想政治教育工作提供一些参考和借鉴。
