本文从“三自教育”的含义出发,论证了助理辅导员队伍建设与高职院校开展学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务(以下简称“三自教育”)的联系。笔者结合相关工作经验,尝试提出了“三自教育”视角下建设助理辅导员队伍的几条可行途径,以期为今后助理辅导员培养和学生思想政治教育工作提供一些参考和借鉴。 This paper starts with the meaning of “three self-education”, and demonstrates the relationship between the construction of the team of assistant counselors and self-education, self-management and self-service (hereinafter referred to as “three self-education” Based on relevant working experience, the author tries to put forward several feasible ways to build an assistant counselor team from the perspective of “three self-education”, with a view to providing some reference and reference for future training of assistant counselors and students’ ideological and political education.
