某地下停车库的结构方案设计中,针对抗拔桩的布置形式作者尝试了多种方案。经分析,作者发现存在着两种控制工况:使用阶段水浮力最大柱荷载最大;施工阶段无水浮力施工阶段柱荷载。地基梁的设计必须同时满足两种工况下的内力配筋。对前一种工况,桩布置在地梁跨中对地梁受力合理;而对后一种工况,桩布置在柱附近更加合理。本工程为纯三层地下室,以抗浮工况为主,最合理的布桩位置接近于地梁的跨中。
In the design of the structure of an underground parking garage, a variety of schemes have been tried for the author of the arrangement of upright piles. After analysis, the author found that there are two kinds of control conditions: the maximum column load of water buoyancy is the largest during the use phase; and the column load is buoyant during the construction phase of water buoyancy. The design of the foundation beam must satisfy the internal force reinforcement under both conditions. In the former case, the pile is placed in the span of the girder and the girder is reasonable to bear on the girder. In the latter case, it is more reasonable to place the pile near the column. The project is purely three-story basement to anti-floating conditions, the most reasonable layout of piles close to the span of the ground beam.
