目的建立消栓通络软胶囊中丹参素的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(10∶90),体积流量为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为280 nm;柱温为室温,进样量为20μL。结果丹参素进样量在0.439 2~2.196 0μg峰面积值线性关系良好(r=0.999 8);平均回收率为98.30%,RSD为1.02%。结论建立的测定方法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于消栓通络软胶囊中丹参素的测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of danshensu in Xiaoshuan Tongluo soft capsules. Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was methanol-0.5% acetic acid solution (10∶90), the volumetric flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 280 nm, and the column temperature was At room temperature, the injection volume was 20 μL. As a result, the linear relationship of the peak area values of 0.439 2~2.196 0μg was very good (r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 98.30% and the RSD was 1.02%. Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It can be used for the determination of Danshensu in Xiaoshuan Tongluo soft capsule.
