近20年来,由于各种分析方法的发展,尤其是超速离心、气相层析、标记化合物的使用,为脂质代谢的研究创造了条件,对血脂存在形式、血脂的运转以及影响血脂的生理因素等知识的研究亦取得了很大进展。临床上对于动脉粥样硬化与血脂的关系做了大量的工作,同时又对游离脂肪酸对心肌氧消耗和缺血性损伤进行了研究,进展较快,现报道如下。
