党的十八大以来,以习近平总书记为核心的党中央逐步构建形成中国政治新常态,加强党的领导、全面从严治党已成为国家战略布局之一。在新常态下,作为培养高素质技术技能人才的高职院校,加强顶岗实习学生党员教育管理尤为重要。针对当前顶岗实习学生党员教育管理存在问题,通过开展“三进”活动,从加强理论武装、加强组织领导、搭建服务平台等方面探索教育管理模式。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core has gradually built a new normal of politics in China and strengthened the leadership of the party. Comprehensive and strict party control has become one of the strategic layouts of the country. Under the new normal, as a vocational college that cultivates high-quality skilled personnel, it is particularly important to strengthen the education and management of the post-graduate student party members. In view of the existing problems in the post-graduate student party members’ education and management, this paper explores the educational management pattern from strengthening the theoretical armies, strengthening the organization and leadership, and building the service platform by carrying out “three-in” activities.
