Several groups of radiation-exposed human populations have shown evidence of increased cardiovascular disease (CVD) after heavy ions radiation. These CVD include pericarditis, myocardial fibrosis, muscular dysfunction, coronary artery disease, et al.[1]. In space, heavy-ion irradiation is a harmfully factor to astronauts health. In order to reduce the damage in space flight by radiation, it is necessary to research on heavy ions radiation. So far, the research on cardiovascular effects of heavy ion is still scarce. Zebrafish has gained prominence as a vertebrate model for cardiovascular system research for it’s special structure [2].
