On July 22, the Xinjiang Kashi Qiruyi Science and Technology Textile Industrial Park project was officially started construction in the Economic Development Zone of Kashi City. Guo Shuqing, deputy secretary of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and governor, and Nurland Abu Duomet, chairman of the Xinjiang People’s Political Consultative Conference, laid the foundation for the start of the project. Chairman of Shandong Ruyi Group Party Committee and Chairman Qiu Yafu introduced the construction of the project, and presented the first batch of 1,000 garment seams to representatives of garment processing centers entering the village in Kashi.
