我单位施工的一项电渗析水处理工程,其管路为硬聚氯乙烯管,管路连接为法兰和焊接两种方式。作水压试验时,压力只升到0.2MPa 便发现管接头处漏水。法兰接头漏水是因法兰连接螺栓过少,致使法兰盘连接强度不足,后增加到8个即解决了漏水问题。管焊接接头漏水的原因较多,具体分析如下:1.焊接设备不干净。如风管随处乱放,管中有灰土等污物,焊接时污染焊条及硬塑管,使焊缝处焊接不牢。塑料管本身不干净,管口不加保护,使管
