测定了合金元素在凝固时的有效分配系数,通过计算和实测解析了合金液相成分随凝固进程的变化规律,得到凝固过程中合金元素的有效分配系数、液相成分变化与凝固反应的关系.初晶相析出后,C含量低于3.0%时,共晶反应按γ+MC,γ+M2C,γ+M7C3次序进行;C含量高于3.0%时,共晶反应按γ+MC,γ+M7C3,γ+M2C次序进行各合金成分点距各自对应的共晶成分线距离愈长,则初生相愈多;反之,则共晶组织增多.γ+MC共晶反应在C含量较低时可获得较多共晶MC.
The effective distribution coefficient of alloying elements during solidification was determined. The variation law of the liquid composition of the alloy with the solidification process was analyzed and calculated. The relationship between the effective distribution coefficient of the alloying elements and the liquid composition change and the solidification reaction was obtained. When the C content is less than 3.0%, the eutectic reaction is carried out in the order of γ + MC, γ + M2C and γ + M7C3. When the C content is higher than 3.0% γ + M2C order of the alloy composition of the dot pitch from the corresponding eutectic composition line longer, the more primary phase; the other hand, eutectic organization increased.γ + MC eutectic reaction can be obtained at a lower C content Crystal MC.
