省政协宣传文化委员会经过三年时间,在对贵州六个地、州(市)的文物古迹进行考察的基础上,形成了一个全面完整的塑造贵州文化新形象的贵州文物调查报告,经省政协第七届委员会常务委员会第21次通过,向省委、省政府提出了《关于加强贵州文物工作的建议案》。调查报告和《建议案》肯定了我省文物保护管理取得的成绩,同时,也对我省文物保护管理和开发利用提出了积极、中肯的意见和建议,这对于推进贵州文物事业、旅游事业和经济发展将起到积极的作用。经省委同意,省政府持转发省政协宣传文化委员会《塑造贵州文物新形象》的贵州文物调查报告,并就加强我省文物保护管理工作提出如下要求: 一、全面贯彻国务院的文物工作方针,落实文物工作“五纳入”
After three years of studying the cultural relics and monuments of the six prefectures and cities in Guizhou, the Propaganda Cultural Committee of the CPPCC Provincial Committee has formed a survey report of Guizhou cultural relics that comprehensively shapes the new image of Guizhou culture. With the consent of the provincial party committee, the provincial government forwards the Guizhou Cultural Relics Investigation Report on “Creating a New Image of Guizhou Cultural Relics” by propagandizing cultural committees of the provincial CPPCC and sets forth the following requirements on strengthening the management of cultural relics protection in our province: 1.
