在炎症反应中,随处可见血管内皮细胞肿胀、渗透性增加而致大量渗出,从而构成炎症的主要表现。早在1926年就发现白细胞的产物可影响血管壁功能,但一般认为内皮细胞只是被动地产生功能变化。随着研究的进展现在已证实内皮细胞主动参与炎症反应,并与其它炎症细胞相互作用。 细胞因子对内皮细胞功能的影响:白细胞介素-1(IL-1)可诱导内皮细胞产生前列环素(PGI_2),PGI_2是血小板抗凝集物质,具有强烈的血管扩张活性。
