一季度,福建省经济运行平稳,增长速度仍然较快,短期通胀压力减弱,主要指标继续好于全国,领先东部。但是也要看到,目前福建经济运行新旧发展方式的矛盾比较突出,一方面,当前经济增长主要还是靠投资、出口拉动,尤其是高投资支撑了高增长;另一方面,企业产能过剩、开工不足、创新不足的现象比较普遍存在。我们认为,福建经济已走到一个十字路口,需要在短期增长和中长期转型之间,找出一条平衡的路径来。就短期增长而言,保持一定的速度,仍然是福建发展大局所必需,故投资不能放松;但“老路”不能一直走,否则会削弱经济长期增长潜力,因此要狠下决心,从已有较好基础的行业、企业、产品入手,推动转型升级,打造“福建经济升级版”。
In the first quarter, the economy of Fujian Province operated smoothly and the growth rate was still fast. The pressure of short-term inflation weakened. The main indicators continued to be better than that of the whole country and ahead of the east. However, we should also see that at present the contradictions between the old and the new modes of economic operation in Fujian Province are quite prominent. Therefore, we must make resolute determination that Have a better foundation of industries, enterprises, products start promoting transformation and upgrading, build “Fujian Economic Upgrades ”.
