目前,在以节圆定位的磨削齿轮内孔夹具中,定位用的滚柱都采用保持架来固定安装。每次加工时,齿轮放入夹具后,都要手持保持架,将滚柱插入齿槽内再夹紧,加工完后操作顺序相反,操作较复杂。笔者改进了这种夹具,可以弥补其不足,且夹紧方式很适合有气动或液压夹紧装置的内圆磨床。其结构简图如附图所示。保持钢丝1与弹性夹筒5过盈配合插入后,再穿过滚柱2上的孔,末端弯曲一小段(长度大于滚柱半径1~2mm),
