从阳光教育理念的概念解析入手,通过教育理念、教学目标、教学方法和手段等方面指出阳光教育理念下武术教师面临的诸多变化,并由此提出了武术教师的角色转换:由知识传授者向参与者、学习者转换,由教书匠向课程开发者和实施者转换,由教学权威向教学关系的协调者转换,由单一的技能传授向培养学生武术意识和各种能力方向转换。
Starting from the concept of sunshine education concept, pointing out the many changes that martial arts teachers are facing under the sunshine education concept through educational concepts, teaching objectives, teaching methods and means, and then put forward the role conversion of martial arts teachers from knowledge transfer to Participants, and learners. The teacher converts the curriculum to the developer and implementer, transforms from teaching authority to the coordinator of the teaching relationship, and transforms from cultivating a single skill to cultivating students’ Wushu awareness and various abilities.
