目前,长江干流石鼓以下及主要支流已建成或正在建设的控制性水库共计31座,其中已建成22座。三峡工程已全面发挥功能,雅砻江二滩、乌江沟皮滩、大渡河瀑布沟等支流控制性水库已投入运行。上游干流溪洛渡、向家坝及雅砻江锦屏等大型水库也将陆续投人运行。针对这一现状,水利部长江水利委员会建议,组建跨部门的长江干支流水库群统一调度协调指导委员会,对长江干支流水库群进行联合调度。
At present, a total of 31 controlled reservoirs have been built or are under construction for the main shaft of the Yangtze River and below the Shikuang and the major tributaries, of which 22 have been completed. Three Gorges Project has been fully functional, Yarlung Ertan, Wujiang ditch Beach, Dadu River waterfalls and other tributaries of the control reservoir has been put into operation. Upper stream Xiluodu, Xiangjiaba and Yalong River Jinping and other large reservoirs will also gradually put into operation. In response to this situation, the Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources proposed to set up a cross-sectoral steering coordination group of the tributaries of the Yangtze River tributaries to carry out joint dispatch of the reservoirs of the tributaries of the Yangtze River.
