目的研究全身化疗联合5-Fu雾化吸入在晚期肺癌治疗中的价值。方法36例晚期肺癌患者随机分成两组,对照组采用EP方案全身化疗,治疗组采用EP方案全身化疗联合5-Fu雾化吸入,观察疗效。结果对照组有效率38.9%,治疗组有效率为85.6%,有显著差异。结论全身化疗联合5-Fu雾化吸入能明显增加抗肿瘤效果。
Objective To investigate the value of systemic chemotherapy plus 5-Fu nebulization in the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Methods Thirty-six patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received systemic chemotherapy with EP regimen. The patients in the treatment group were treated with EP regimen combined with 5-Fu atomization inhalation to observe the therapeutic effect. Results The effective rate was 38.9% in the control group and 85.6% in the treatment group, with significant differences. Conclusion systemic chemotherapy combined with 5-Fu atomized inhalation can significantly increase the anti-tumor effect.
