重庆市最近传出确定对高档商品房开征房产税的消息,财政部也已经原则同意重庆的征税方案,有望在今年一季度正式开征。这意味着经过7年的空转,房产税正式试点终于要起步了。
Recently, Chongqing Municipality decided to launch a real estate tax on high-grade commercial houses. The Ministry of Finance has also agreed in principle with the levy of tax in Chongqing and is expected to formally launch in the first quarter of this year. This means that after seven years of idling, the official pilot property tax finally started.
