河北省临漳县杜村乡东营村是一个普通村庄,这里因保存了从 1948年到2005年一套完整的村账,而引起全社会的关注。这些村账记录着该村不同时期的经济发展状况,反映出每个历史阶段农民收益分配、村干部工资、农村土地经营、集体资产增值、社会公益事业发展的状况与沿革。有关人士评价:东营村村账对我国农村政策沿革极具研究价值,对当前解决好“三农”问题,具有特殊重要意义。
Dongying Village, Ducun Township, Linzhang County, Hebei Province is an ordinary village where the whole village was concerned for preserving a complete set of village accounts from 1948 to 2005. These village accounts record the economic development of the village in different periods and reflect the status and evolution of the peasants ’income distribution, village cadres’ wages, rural land management, collective assets appreciation and the development of social welfare undertakings in each historical stage. Comments from relevant parties: Dongying village accounts have great research value on the evolution of China’s rural policies and are of special significance to the current solution to the “three rural issues.”
