4.5质量指标和试验方法标准表1规定了未使用有机热载体注入系统前的验证检验项目。为了防止不合格有机热载体对锅炉及传热系统的危害,很有必要对未使用有机热载体进行验证试验,确认其质量符合该产品型式试验测试报告中确定的质量。标准表1规定的验证检验项目为:运动粘度、酸值、残炭、密度,由于《有机热载体》标准中新增加了水溶性酸及碱指标,在验证项目中也相应增加“水溶性酸及碱”一项指标。所
