原位法就是采用简单的冶金方法,即铸造后轧制、旋锻和拉丝将双元合金制成线材或带材的方法。这种方法是生产复合材料的一种途径。用这种方法生产的复合材料叫做原位法复合材料。崔氏首先将这种方法用来制造超导材料,其后很多研究者广泛地进行了研究。原位法超导复合材料具有下述特点:(1)排列的超导纤维精细但不连续。(2)复合体的强度相当高。(3)超导性能,特别是 J_D 对应力是稳定的。
In-situ method is the use of simple metallurgical methods, that is, after casting rolling, swaging and drawing the binary alloy made of wire or strip method. This method is a way of producing composite materials. Composites made in this way are called in situ composites. Cui first used this method to make superconducting materials, and many researchers conducted extensive research thereafter. In-situ superconducting composite materials have the following characteristics: (1) The arrangement of superconducting fibers is fine but not continuous. (2) The strength of the complex is quite high. (3) superconductivity, especially the J_D stress is stable.
