给大鼠体内施用不同剂量的国产与进口脑蛋白水解物（脑活素）注射液，对大鼠血浆中环核苷酸含量无明显影响。但大鼠脑匀浆中环磷酸腺苷（ＣＡ）含量随脑活素的使用剂量加大呈现降低趋势，二种脑活素均可在临床等效剂量时达到最大降低作用，第７天达最大效果。国产脑活素在低于临床等效剂量时（１／２等效剂量），即可表现出明显的降低作用，与进口脑活素比差异具有显著性意义。
