钢研所电工钢研究室“降低取向硅钢板坯加热温度”课题组于1984年制得一批性能良好、工艺简单的取向硅钢实验室试样。这批试样含有少量的 Mo、Sb 元素。为了了解Mo、Sb 在钢中的存在形式,确定成分、工艺、性能之间的联系,促进今后的研究工作,我们用分析电镜对这批试样进行了检测。所用分析电镜为带扫描透射附件与 X 射线能量色散谱仪的荷兰 PhiliPSEM—400。它可以作几十到几百埃(1埃=10~(-8)厘米)范围的微区成分分析。虽然 X 射线能量色散
Steel Research Institute of Electrical Steel “to reduce the orientation of silicon steel slab heating temperature” task group in 1984 made a number of good performance, simple process oriented silicon steel laboratory samples. This sample contains a small amount of Mo, Sb elements. In order to understand the existence of Mo and Sb in steel, determine the relationship between composition, process and performance, and promote the future research work, we used analytical electron microscope to test these samples.
