本文从石油企业自身特点出发 ,探讨了新形势下石油企业职前教育、职工岗位培训和继续工程教育在石油企业重组改制过程中出现的问题及有关设想。
Based on the characteristics of petroleum enterprises, this article discusses the problems and related assumptions that pre-service education, job training and continuing education in oil enterprises in the process of reorganization and restructuring of petroleum enterprises under the new situation.
