Comrade Shan Chunchun is an veteran cadre with 50 years of party membership. He was once the Commissioner of Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province, and the director of the NPC Liaison Office. After retiring in 1994, he has been idle for a long time. He often conducts investigation and study to grass-roots units and provides information and suggestions to working-class staff to continue contributing to the reform and development of Fuzhou.
