在食品化学分析、飲用水化学分析以及临床生化检驗工作中,常常要用无氨蒸餾水(以下简称无氨水)。无氨水的試驗室制法,都是采用在普通蒸餾水中加少許硫酸重蒸餾。这个方法的缺点是效率低、費电,还需要工作人員經常照管。現在把我們实驗室用离子交換制无氨水的方法介紹如下,它的特点是效率高、不用电、节省人力、操作簡单、一般实駿室都可以自己按装。一、装置:取玻璃管一只,长25—30cm直径4—4.5cm,两端配以带玻璃管的塞子,管的底部先装好玻璃棉4—5cm,装少量水,然后把混悬于水的阳离子交換树脂倒入玻璃管中,使体积約为200cm~3(14cm)。
