钻孔灌注桩以其噪音低、振动小、单桩承载力高,对周围建筑物无不良影响等优点,被广泛应用于桥梁建设中。文章根据工程实践经验,分析了桥台钻孔灌注桩施工中在成孔、钢筋笼位置固定、混凝土灌注等方面经常遇到的问题,并从保证工程质量和加快施工进度出发,提出了采用正反循环相结合的钻进工艺、必须进行二次清孔、用固定工具固定钢筋笼及正确使用商品混凝土进行灌注的对策建议。
Bored piles are widely used in the construction of bridges because of their advantages of low noise, little vibration, high bearing capacity of single piles and no bad influence on surrounding buildings. According to engineering experience, this paper analyzes the frequently encountered problems in forming bored piles, fixing steel bar cage and concrete pouring in the construction of bridge-bored cast-in-place bored piles. Based on the assurance of project quality and speeding up the construction progress, Reverse circulation combined drilling technology, the need for secondary clearance, with a fixed tool to fix steel cage and the proper use of commercial concrete for perfusion countermeasures.
