根据我厂LF炉造渣工艺特点,根据Ca O-Si O2-Al2O3系三元相图,制定出合理的渣系、渣量、渣量配比和快速造渣制度,使炉内尽快形成还原气氛。通过实践缩短了LF炉造渣时间,提高脱硫率和脱氧效果,精确控制钢水成分和温度,充分发挥LF炉精炼效果的同时达到降低成本的目的。
According to the characteristics of LF slagging process in our factory, according to the ternary phase diagram of Ca O-Si O2-Al2O3 system, a reasonable slag system, slag volume, slag ratio and rapid slagging system were established to make the furnace as soon as possible to form a reduction atmosphere. Through practice, the slagging time of LF furnace is shortened, the desulfurization rate and deoxidation effect are improved, the molten steel composition and temperature are precisely controlled, the refining effect of LF furnace is fully utilized, and the cost reduction is achieved at the same time.
