去年七月份局布置了合理和节约用电工作。各厂矿在地方党委、节约用电委员会的大力协助下,先后制订了这一工作的进度计划;有的厂矿还成立了专门组织,如华东钢铁公司所属各厂除亚细亚厂外都成立了节约用电委员会或节约用电小组。为了更好的推行这一工作,会对天津、唐山等厂作了重点的检查及组织全面性的调度电话汇报,并及时地进行了经验交流,因此使这一工作在许多厂矿里都广泛地开展起来,取得了很大的成绩。
