1960年生于江苏淮安。◆1987年,通过公开招标相继租赁3个濒临倒闭的集体企业, 任厂长、经理．站长等。◆1992年,注册成立淮安引江建筑工程公司,任董事长。◆1993年,领着“引江人”第一次开进了国家重点工程沪宁高速公路。◆1995年,注册成立江苏太平洋工程有限公司,任董事长;第二年6月完成“集团”更名登记,注册资金1．05亿元,任董事局主席兼总裁。◆2002年,注册成立中国太平洋建设集团有限公司,任董事局主席兼总裁。集团相继并购了17家国有大中型企业,总资产达到60亿元,成员企业发展到46家。
