目的:探讨硒芪胶囊对肝损伤的保护作用,方法:用硒芪胶囊二粒3次/d口服为主,治疗各类肝损伤患者82例.并以益肝灵或护肝片为主治疗肝损伤患者69例作为对照组观察.结果:显示治疗组可以提高患者血中GSH-PX活性(PC<0.01),降低血中LPO浓度(P<0.01).治愈率高,两组比较(P<0.05).结论:说明该药能够清除自由基,抗氧化损伤,保护细膜.临床证明该药可作为肝损伤的辅助药物.
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Seqi Capsule on liver injury.Methods: Seqi Capsule was orally administered orally three times a day for 82 days.And 82 cases were treated with Yiganling or Hugan Decoction 69 cases of liver injury were observed as control group.Results: The results showed that the treatment group can increase GSH-PX activity in blood (PC <0.01) and LPO concentration in blood (P <0.01) <0.05) .Conclusion: This medicine can clear free radicals, protect against oxidative damage and protect the fine membrane, which is clinically proven to be an auxiliary drug for liver injury.
