为了提高药用植物马齿苋(Portulaca oleraceaL.)的种子萌发速度和萌发率,以食醋、葡萄糖、赤霉素、KNO3、热水对种子进行预处理,其中各条件均选择一定梯度,处理后移入发芽培养基中,对种子跟踪观察10 d,每12 h测定一次萌发率.结果表明:质量分数为2.5%的食醋、质量分数为1%的葡萄糖、质量浓度为100 mg/L的赤霉素、质量分数为2%的KNO3、40℃热水预处理能有效促进马齿苋种子的萌发,且以40℃热水和质量分数为2.5%的食醋处理为最佳.食醋促进种子萌发的作用机制与常用酸试剂不太相同,可能与食醋中某些特定成分有关.
