目的为探讨TNT接触对神经行为功能影响。方法采用WHO神经行为核心测试组合(NCTB)并结合因子分析方法研究TNT接触对神经行为功能的影响。TNT接触工人共59名,平均尿DNAT浓度为277mg/L,对照工人共53名,平均尿DNAT浓度为063mg/L。结果TNT接触对工人的记忆力及心理运动有影响,尿DNAT水平与第三因子得分存在剂量-反应关系。结论提示TNT对心理运动稳定度的影响有特异性。
Objective To investigate the effect of TNT exposure on neurobehavioral function. Methods The WHO Neurobehaviour Core Test Set (NCTB) combined with factor analysis was used to investigate the effect of TNT exposure on neurobehavioral function. The total number of TNT exposed workers was 59, with an average urinary DNAT concentration of 277mg / L and a total of 53 control workers with an average urinary DNAT concentration of 063mg / L. Results TNT exposure affected the memory and psychomotor of workers, and there was a dose-response relationship between urinary DNAT level and third-factor score. Conclusions suggest that TNT has specific effects on the stability of psychomotor.
