本文报告用抗霉2号药鞋与同类无药对照布鞋采用双盲法对175例足癣患者进行防治观察,结果药鞋总有效率(87.09％)显著高于对照组(61.33％)(P<0.001)。药鞋对鳞屑型的疗效明显优于其他型(P<0.001)观察中未见毒付反应。笔者认为,抗霉2号药鞋效果肯定,是防治足癣的一种新方法。
In this paper, 175 cases of athlete’s foot and tinea pedis were observed by double-blind method with anti-mold No.2 shoes and similar non-drug-controlled cloth shoes. The results showed that the total effective rate of the shoes was 87.09%, significantly higher than that of the control group (61.33%) (P <0.001). Drugs on the scaly type of curative effect was significantly better than the other type (P <0.001) observed no toxic reactions. I believe that the effect of anti-mold 2 shoes sure, is a new way to control tinea pedis.
