地区间的联系要包括制度和制度要素。制度创新的扩散溢出效应,可由中观层面的测度指标直观确定辐射波及的区域。本文通过角邻近和边邻近以及设定门槛值距离的局域空间自相关Moran I分析,发现制度变量的相关性随31个省市间距离变化有一定的规律,且最佳距离得到威尔逊模型的验证。1996-2012年度截面数据的空间动态过程,显示制度“试验场”具有明显的政策外溢效应。因此,制度的经验推广要考虑空间近邻效应,将时间分散到多个空间进行试验,如建立多个自贸区“试验田”。
Inter-regional links to include the system and system elements. The diffusion and spillover effect of institutional innovation can be directly determined by the meso-level measurement indicators of the area affected by the radiation. In this paper, through the analysis of Moran I’s spatial and spatial autocorrelation Moran I, we find that the correlation of institutional variables varies with the distance between 31 provinces and cities, and the optimal distance is obtained from Wilson’s model verification. The spatial dynamic process of cross-section data from 1996 to 2012 shows that the system “test site ” has obvious policy spillover effect. Therefore, the promotion of institutional experience should take into account the proximity effect of space and disperse the time into a plurality of spaces for testing, such as establishing a number of free trade zones “experimental fields ”.
