一、“9·11”事件对美国经济大局的影响从美国官方所公布几年来的GDP增长变化来看,不能把“9·11”看成是美国经济衰退的直接原因。美国经历了10年的经济快速增长,在“9·11”发生之前——2001年的一至三季度美国GDP都是负增长。按GDP连续两个季度负增长即为衰退的规定,2001年7月份美国经济就已经进入衰退阶段,但“9·11”却是加剧美国经济衰退的关键因素。“9·11”之后,美国每年的GDP增长从约4%降到了约1%。1、直接损失和间接损失。
