患者女,42岁,农民。因难产死胎,于1978年5月在某医院行碎胎术。术后因不排尿留置尿管,无尿液流出。检查发现自阴道流出血水样尿液,于3天后转清。无正常排尿,每天多次更换尿布,直至1月后更换次数才减少,出现不自主排尿。术后2月开始来月经,经血随尿液流出,每次历时3天左右,于1年后开始能自主排尿,月经期“尿血”,经后尿色正常。于1986年1月11日第2次入院。于入院前两天出现阴道大出血及血尿伴下腹疼痛,经 Female patient, 42 years old, farmer.
