党的十三届五中全会作出的《关于进一步治理整顿和深化改革的决定》指出:“无论是治理整顿期间还是治理整顿任务完成之后,都必须始终坚持长期持续、稳定、协调发展经济的方针。”为了加深对这一方针的理解,进一步增强贯彻执行这一方针的自觉性,本文试就这一方针提出的基本理论依据和实践意义谈谈自己的学习体会。
The “Decision on Further Governance, Reorganization and Deepening of Reform” made by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee pointed out: “Whether it is during the period of rectification or rectification or after the task of rectification and remediation is completed, we must always adhere to the principle of sustained, stable and coordinated economic development for the long term ”In order to deepen the understanding of this principle and further enhance the consciousness of implementing this principle, this article tries to talk about its own learning experience on the basic theoretical basis and practical significance proposed by this principle.
