相控震源广泛应用于煤田地质勘查。针对传统的相控震源控制器缺乏闭环控制功能,一致性差等问题,提出了一种一体化相控震源控制器设计方案,介绍了控制器的系统架构,并给出了关键功能模块的设计与硬件实现。通过在单片FPGA芯片内部集成数字信号发生器、PID调节器等功能模块,克服了原有系统的缺陷。野外实验结果表明,该控制器能够显著提高地震记录的质量,对煤炭资源勘查具有重要意义。
Phase control sources are widely used in coalfield geological prospecting. In view of the lack of closed-loop control function and poor consistency of the traditional phased-source controller, a design scheme of the integrated phased-source controller is presented. The system architecture of the controller is introduced and the design and implementation of the key function module Hardware implementation. By integrating functional modules such as digital signal generator and PID regulator in a single FPGA chip, the defects of the original system are overcome. Field experiments show that the controller can significantly improve the quality of seismic records and is of great significance to coal resources exploration.
