恶性肉芽肿发生在口腔者不多,发生于牙龈者更少。目前,文献上约300余例,多发生于鼻部。本病例发生于右上颌牙龈,发病缓慢,早期体温不高,病理无特殊发现,确诊困难,延误治疗,导致死亡。 患者岳某某,男,47岁。因右上颌牙龈溃烂3个多月,治疗无效,于1982年6月23日入院。口腔检查:65 颊侧牙龈溃烂,牙根暴露,牙不松动。病理检查5次,先后报告为“感染坏死组织”、“粘膜溃疡”、
