长庆采油一厂管理的安塞油田是闻名全国的特低渗油田.经过20多年的风雨历程和全厂4600多名职工的顽强拚搏,这个油田至1993年原油产量突破50万吨大关,去年原油产量又达到70万吨,今年将跃上90万吨的新台阶,预计到1997年原油产量将突破100万吨,安塞油田将跨入大中型油田行列.在原油产量以每年几十万吨的速度递增的同时,这个厂的精神文明建设也取得令人瞩目的成绩:连续6年荣获陕西省石化系统思想政治工作优秀企业称号,并多次被评为长庆局思想政治工作优秀单位和延安地区精神文明建设先进单位.
